What We Collect
Olympian Forge stores account details you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, height, trainer/client connections, workout history, planned sessions, progress measurements, social posts, likes, comments, and app notifications.
How We Use Data
We use your data to operate the app, show training progress, let trainers and clients coordinate sessions, support social workout features, prevent abuse, and manage professional subscriptions. Public social text may be checked against safety filters to reduce abusive content. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Professional subscription payments are handled by Stripe on the web build. Stripe may process payment details according to its own privacy and security terms. Client-trainer session credits are tracked in Olympian Forge, but the external money transfer is handled directly between the trainer and the client.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from Profile > Profile information > Delete account. Account deletion requests remove access immediately and are reviewed for permanent deletion of personal data, except where records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, or payment obligations.
